Engine Room – Build & Conditioning
Engine Room is where grit meets growth. This is our high-energy build and conditioning class designed to strengthen your engine — improving endurance, muscular stamina, and overall work capacity.
Built to challenge and progress you, Engine Room combines resistance training with conditioning intervals to help you move better, last longer, and perform stronger.
Every session includes:
- Extensive, movement-focused warm-ups to prepare your body for intensity and reduce injury risk
- Build-focused strength blocks using functional movements and moderate loads
- Conditioning intervals designed to elevate heart rate and improve cardiovascular endurance
- A mix of erg machines, bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, sled and cable machine work
- Structured programming that balances intensity with smart recovery
